"I did the final Plyometric Programme session a couple of days ago, and I genuinely mean it when I say I wasn't expecting these results. I knocked 0.35 seconds off my 20m sprint time, as well as adding 6 inches to my vertical jump! I feel so much more athletic, and I can really feel that in the goal too. I look forward to continuing Plyometric workouts throughout the weeks ahead! Thank you for your help, class course!"
